Yes. AMERX Health Care is the first PDAC-approved product under the new LTA rule for code A6583 (Garment). Our EXTREMIT-EASE Compression Garment comes with one garment liner (code A6594) and a mesh wash bag. Medicare’s LTA policy states patients are eligible for a NEW set of garments every 6 months for up to 3 garments and their accompanying liners.
AMERX Health Care does not handle any insurance filings. You will need to work directly with your insurance company to file for reimbursement of your purchase or contact your health care provider and ask them to dispense the EXTREMIT-EASE Compression Garment to you.
